Patricia McKay 鈥78 was elected as the Board鈥檚 new chair, taking over for Bruce Allen 鈥71, who served as chair since 2013.
The 性爱视频 Foundation Board recently held its annual meeting and election of officers.听 Patricia McKay 鈥78 was elected as the Board鈥檚 new chair, taking over for Bruce Allen 鈥71, who served as chair since 2013. Former treasurer Brett Greenberg was elected vice chair and Chris听 Fluehr 听continues his service as secretary.听 Stewart Martin 鈥89 joins the executive committee as treasurer. 听
McKay 听joined the听 性爱视频听 Foundation Board 听in 200 9 听and previously served as听 secretary, treasurer and听 vice chair.听 She is a partner at Templeton & Company,听 a South Florida-based accounting and management advisory firm. McKay听 formerly 听 w as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Office Depot, Inc., where she鈥痑lso served on its board of directors. She听 was inducted into the听 性爱视频听 Alumni Hall of Fame in听 2006 听 and听 was named an鈥疘nfluential Business Woman and as a Key Partner by听 The South Florida Business Journal . 听

Michael Kaufman 听 is听 founder, president and CEO of Kaufman Lynn Construction, one of the largest construction companies in South Florida.听 He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce,听 and听 is a me mber of the Tocqueville Society 听and听 the听 Board of Business. Kaufman previously served on the Dean鈥檚 Advisory Board for 性爱视频鈥檚 Charles 听E. Schmidt College of Medicine 听and as chair of the 性爱视频 Foundation Board from 2009-11 . 听
Brian M.听 Poulin 鈥 is a principal of Evergreen Partners, LLC, Preservation Management, Inc., an affiliated property management company, and Evergreen Communities, LLC, a real estate development company focused on new construction of affordable housing. He听 has a background in tax law and has been a developer and owner听 of rental real estate for more than 20 years. 听 Poulin 听 serves on the boards of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation and the National Leased Housing Association. 听
John V.听 Zells 听is the executive vice president/ chief marketing officer 听 of IBM Southeast Employees鈥 Federal Credit Union. He leads IBM SECU鈥檚 merger听 and 听acquisition and congressional advocacy initiatives.听 Zells 听is the author of听 鈥淥utrunning the Competition 鈥澨 ( Credit Union Executives Socie ty, 2000)听 and a featured speaker and guest lecturer at national conferences and universities. He serves on the boards of听 TrustBridge , Inc. and Affiliates and the University of Massachusetts Isenberg Business School. 听
